How often do you work your core?  

Using the TRX at Boot Camp is just one way that we train the core.

If you aren't training consistently and want a group atmosphere with support and coaching, then I encourage you to join us in May.

Three times per week (13 classes in May) - $175

Twice a week (9 classes in May) - $135
